Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer free shipping on orders over $49.
Standard shipping is $5.95.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Remy’s Kitchen ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
International Shipping POLICy
Remysk9kitchen.com ships to the US only. If you are located outside of the US and interested in purchasing, please reach out us via info@remysk9kitchen.com . International orders are non-refundable and all sales final. If customs returns your package to us with items in tact we may at our discretion refund cost of product minus shipping costs. By placing an order all international customers agree to these terms.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Remy’s Kitchen is not responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, or broker fees applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes).
Damages
Remy’s Kitchen is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
